RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Drashtva, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer returns/exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return eligibility:
• Product must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Product should be in resalable condition

Non-returnable items:
• Used or damaged items
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Final sale items (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed after product inspection and approval. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.
